Speaker Request Form
Fill out the form below to request a speaker for your campus event 8 weeks prior to the event date.
After you complete the invitation, we will send it to the speaker and make every effort to get a timely response. You should hear from the AHS national office within one week.
When the speaker has accepted your invitation, we will put you in direct contact. At that point, you will become the speaker's primary contact, responsible for keeping the speaker informed and for responding promptly when the speaker gets in touch with you.
